Boxrcise Class:
Our Boxrcise training class was designed for men and women with the expertise of former professional fighters and certified boxing instructors. This class offers cardiovascular, muscle toning, and self defense training, all in one exciting class. The class takes you through a boxer's workout, including warm-up, shadow boxing, skipping rope, combination drills on heavy bags & mitts, push-ups, and abdominal work. Excellent for all fitness levels.

Advanced Boxing

Fitness Kick Boxing Class:
Our Cardio Kick Boxing class includes basic Kick Boxing training. No prior boxing experience required. This class includes kicking and punching heavy bag drills, body movement, 10 minute ab blast, and endurance training. This class works on coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. This class does not include any contact fighting.

MMA

Advance Boxing Class:
Our advance boxing class takes you to the next level in the boxing world. This class includes focus pads, heavy bag, speed bag, and sparring with other willing members. (tournament completion is an option, but not required)

Mixed Martial Arts (Brazilian Traditional Jiu-Jitsu):
In this class, you will be taught by Sensei Darlynson Lira. He brings to us from Brazil Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class includes stand up as well as ground and pound training. We also provide professional MMA training. (Darcio Lira fight team)

BRAZILIAN TRADITIONAL JIU-JITSU
Whether you want to fight in  MMA or just learn self-defense here at  BOX-R-CISE FITNESS CENTER you can be assured you will get some of the best training availiable.
